TIGNES
Tignes Le Lac at 2000 m altitude, is located in the French Savoie region, in south-eastern France. Tignes is a group of villages that form a high altitude ski resort in the French Alps, near the Italian border. With nearby Val d’Isère, it’s part of the Espace Killy ski area, linked by a network of lifts. In the summer, in Tignes, a highly popular resort, there's something for everyone. When in Tignes, no car is necessary! Amongst the many activities, there is : bike park, chair lifts, horse riding, kayaking, archery, crazy airbag, trampolining, tennis, hot jumping, pedal boat, water sports, breathtaking hiking, open air cable car and much more. Who would say that summer in the mountains is only for relaxing! For the more daring, it's time to spice up with a paragliding flight over the lake and mountains, mountain climbing, a water ball session on the lake, mountain biking, white water swimming, helicopter rides, acroland, white water rafting, etc. Or for the most soectecular adventure..... why not take the Fanicular through the mountains up to the snow, then an open cable car to an altitude of almost 3,500 meters! KASHRUS:
The Hotel is under the very strict supervision of Harav Hagaon Rabbi Mordechai Rottenberg Shlit’a, Rav of Kehillas Ha’chareidim of Paris whose meticulous and high standard of Kashrus is well known worldwide. There will be a Mashgiach Te'midi on the premises at all times. The head of Mashgiach of the Hechsher will unexpectedly come to inspect the kitchen on a weekly basis, as well as Rav Rottenberg Shlit’a himself, who will personally come to inspect the hotel. Kashrus aside, the hotel must also follow all the rules of Rav Rottenberg Shlit’a regarding standard Tznius restrictions.

CATERING:
Ushi Brecher, our exclusive chef, is the renowned caterer who runs Parkside Resteraunt & Catering in London, England. He comes with over 15 years of expertise in understanding the demands of the most discerning taste buds, whether it is his understaning of a lavish grand buffet breakfast or a sumptous gourmet buffet dinner. Ushi will personally be involved in all aspects of the catering, from his Heimish cuisine menu preperation to his highly acclaimed masterful presentation!
BREAKFAST:
The rich and varied breakfast buffet, will offer an assortment of fresh bread and baguettes, freshly prepared salads, fish and savory platters, variety of soft and hard cheeses, French yogurts and puddings, Israeli salads and dips, freshly baked patisserie, fresh fruit station, an array of cold and hot drinks, a medley of hot dishes and eggs freshly prepared.
Breakfast will have longer hours than customary: from 8am - 12pm!
LUNCH:
Snacks and drinks will be prepared for all guests to enjoy while out during the day.
DINNER:
A deluxe gourmet buffet dinner will offer a hot and cold smorgasbord, entailing a wine bar, soft drink bar, a grand salad bar, our chef's daily choice of soups, a sumptuous meat station, a selection of side dishes, and of course finishing off with a luxurious dessert, with a choice of French patisserie, prepared by our very own expert pastry chefs.
TEA & CAKE:
The hotel will provide a 24 hour tea and cake bar, where one will enjoy a variety of tea and coffee flavors with specially prepared sweet pastry delights and fresh fruit.
SHABBOS:
Shabbos meals are served with a rich variety of traditional Heimishe Shabbos flavors that will enhance the peaceful Shabbos aura.
EREV SHABBOS: The traditional To'ameho will be served, so the guests have a taste of the palatial cookery that will grace the coming Shabbos. This will entail a choice of Kugals, Cholent, Salads, Cold Beverages and more.
FRIDAY NIGHT DINNER: The tables will be finely set with the traditional wines and Challah. There will be a palatiable salad and dips bar. A full course lavish dinner will be served, which will comprise a variety of delicious fish dishes, the traditional soups with all that goes with it, and an elegant gourmet main course and a choice of scrumptious desserts.
SHABBOS MORNING: After Davening, a grand Kiddush smorgasbord will be spread out, that will include a cocktail bar, kugels, fish dishes, and fancy cakes.
SHABBOS LUNCH DINNER: There will be an array of the most delectable traditional Shabbos dishes and flavors, that will encompass culinary themes of a variety of fish, hearty Cholent dishes and rich meat platters.
SHOLOSH SEUDAS: This will be a magnificent buffet style spread, with a variety of fish, salads, milky delights ending with a an array of mouthwatering patisserie.
MELAVE MALKA: The hotel will offer a range of delicasies for those who wish to enjoy an intimate Melave Malka Seuda.
KIDS CLUB:
The exciting Kids Club is an important feature of our program ensuring the children are in a safe and well cared for environment. The Kids Club will be run by 4 experienced child minders who will do exciting activities with the children daily. The Kids Club is open all day every day.
ENTERTAINMENT:
There will be a host of entertaining features that will enhance the stay for our guests. Among the entetainers, we have our in-house renowned singer and rising star Buchi Gluck from the UK, where he will entertain the guests at various settings.
ACTIVITIES PASS:
All guests staying at our Hotel, are entitled to a guest activities pass from the nearby tourist office for a minimal fee of €18 - €24 for a weeks stay in Tignes, which will give you unlimited cable cars / chair lifts and many other exciting activities, such as boating on the lake, trampolining, mini golf, etc.
